Project Details:

Challenge:

The project began with a significant challenge, an initial single-phase power supply that was later upgraded to two-phase, yet still limited for the scale of the installation.
Despite these constraints, the client embraced innovation and placed full trust in Pro-Teck to design a comprehensive, future-ready system that balanced advanced technology with practical efficiency and seamless control.

Solution:

To overcome the power limitations, all systems were unified through Pro-Teck’s advanced Loxone BMS, enabling intelligent energy management based on real-time priorities. This approach allows over 300 kW of potential demand to be efficiently managed within a 50 kW supply, eliminating the risk of overload. The entire property operates automatically, with smart energy distribution ensuring continuous operation of the 250m³ swimming pool and other high-demand systems.
Solar PV provides primary power, supported by battery storage for consistent supply, while off-peak charging further optimises efficiency. As a result, the property consumes roughly 35% less energy than comparable developments without automation.
